| Latest News  27th August 2011. Hope you all had a good summer. The final divisional structures have been agreed and published, and we will be playing in what looks like a very strong Division 3.
Our first match is at home against Bray Foxes on Saturday 10th September. Pre-season training – I will let you know as soon as I can. Please let me know if you are now back from holidays and are now generally available.

Twyford Comets Colts – U14 Football for Season 2011 / 2012
Following another successful season where we finished 3rd in the U13 Division 3 of the East Berks Youth Football League (EBYFL), we are now looking to increase the strength and depth of our ‘Colts’ team for the new season which starts in September 2011.
League Matches
The EBYFL is well run and organised, and is one of the fastest growing leagues in the UK. All matches are played on a Saturday morning in the East Berks area, especially around Woodley, Early, Wokingham, Bracknell and Ascot – this means the teams experience playing at different grounds each week.
Training
Outside of the main soccer season (from May to mid-July) we train on a Saturday morning (10:00 a.m. start) at King George’s Recreation Ground in Twyford, just behind Loddon Hall and the scout hut. During the season, we train on Sunday mornings at the same location.
The training / coaching sessions are well organised and are very important to the way in which we want to encourage and develop the boys’ football skills.
